小学英语课堂教学的思考与建议
PEP教材Book3 Unit6 My Family中doctor,driver,farmer等表示职业的名词时,教师可以选择学生所熟悉的 “两只老虎”的旋律,让学生自由创编歌词演唱:
What’s your father? What’s your father? He’s a doctor. He’s a doctor. He is tall. He has short hair. He likes coffee. He likes coffee.
What’s your mother?What’s your mother?She’s a nurse. She’s a nurse.She is thin.She has long hair.She likes music.She likes music.
……
除此之外,教师还可以将教学内容编成朗朗上口的小诗让学生吟诵。例如:在教学PEP教材Book5 Unit3中的食物单词时,教师可以用学生学过的表示颜色的词编成这样的小诗:
Tofu,tofu,white tofu
Beans,beans,green beans
Eggplant,eggplant,purple eggplant
Tomatoes,tomatoes,red tomatoes
Potatoes,potatoes,brown potatoes ……
