As a student in Shanghai, I should learn English well so that I can be a volunteer in the Expo to help foreigners know more about Shanghai.

　　The responsibilities of volunteers of Shanghai World Expo First of all, as a volunteer of Shanghai World Expo, you should know the event clearly, including its background, culture and so on. It is your responsibility to be capable of attaching these issues into your job. Only acquiring good knowledge of the event, can you serve as its volunteer competently. In addition, being a volunteer of Shanghai World Expo, it is necessary to be responsible for the city and the country, that is, to be decent in your service. Every citizen can stand for his country, so can a volunteer. You should be polite, gentle and friendly to those who come for help. Last but not least, you should love your job. Every job is respectable, so is volunteer service. When you love your job, you will treat it carefully instead of being perfunctory. Your appreciation of the job insures you good mood, which is important in the job when you need to communicate with others.
