试论中华武术“抱拳礼

摘  要：“抱拳礼”是武德礼仪中标志性动作，对于它的认识现广大群众只停留在动作表象上，运用综合分析法、文献资料研究法，结合武术“抱拳礼”中丰富的武德精神内涵指出了在新世纪中，中华武术“抱拳礼”对社会主义精神文明建设发展具有一定的社会价值与意义！

The “Palm-held Fist Etiquette” in Chinese Martial arts

Abstract:  The “palm-held-fist etiquette” is a symbolic movement for etiquette in martial-art morality, whereas common people’s general cognition about it is only restricted to its superficial phenomenon. Therefore, utilizing methods of synthetical analysis and literature search in combination with the rich connoted martial-art morality essence in the martial-art “palm-held-fist etiquette”, we point out in this graduation thesis that in the new century, the Chinese martial-art “palm-held-fist etiquette” has certain social value and significance to the development in socialist spiritual civilization.

（一）曾习武先学礼，未曾习武先习德”

“抱拳礼”是武德礼仪中标志性动作，它虽然动作简单，但内涵深刻，从形式上它体现了中华民族的传统的礼仪风格，从内容上它体现了习武人群的道德品质与精神风貌。^[3]武德是从优秀的中华传统文化中吸取营养和智慧，逐步形成的传统道德准则，是中华民族传统道德的重要组成部分，也是我们中华民族宝贵的精神财富，对社会主义精神文明建设具有促进作用。但在武术发展的历史长河中，由于受中国古代文化思想的影响，传统的武德已不适应现代社会发展的需要，如耍英雄、逞好汉，以及带有三纲五常思想的
