The thought of the full-time form master’s work in adult education

/abstract/:Facing with the students’ management work in adult education at present, the article has studied the importance of the full-time form master in the students’ management work. And mainly brings up three suggestions: to build a scientific and systematic judgement system of the full-time form master’s work; to improve the prestige of the full-time form master; to build the strict dispensation of the full-time form master on attending a lecture. Thereby make the students’ management work in adult education acquire the better practice.
