一、教材分析

Section D 是对Section A ,Section B and Section C的知识进行复习的一节课，即对日期、出生时间、地点及物体形状特征描述的综合语言运用。

二、学情分析

通过Section A ,Section B and Section C的学习，在学习SectionD,只是对自己掌握的程度的一个检验，如果Section A ,Section B and Section C的学习很透彻的话，Section D就很轻松了。如果Section A ,Section B and Section C的学习不是很透彻的话，我们可以通过本节来强化一下Section A ,Section B and Section C的 知识。

三、教学目标

1.    学习字母组合ck,ph,qu,tw的读音。

2.    学习新单词，短语，进行听力训练和阅读训练。。

3.    复习be动词的一般过去时，复习日期的表达方式，描述物体特征的表达方式。

四、重点和难点确立及依据

1. 复习be动词的一般过去时，复习日期的表达方式，描述物体特征的表达方式。Section D 是对Section A ,Section B and Section C的知识进行复习的一节课，是对自己掌握的程度的一个检验。

2. 学习新单词，短语，和听力训练。温故而知新，同时进行每周的听力训练。

五、难点的突破方法

1.    优生带动待进生，小组合作学习。

2.    分层提问，分层训练，分层作业，分层辅导。

六、教学方法的选择及依据

多媒体教学和五指教学法综合运用，多媒体教学创设逼真的语境，五指教学方便快捷。

七、教学过程

Teaching procedure:

Step 1 Review

1.Write the vowels on the blackboard. Teacher must teach students how to read them. Give the words as soon as possible. Finish 1. Practice the phonetics.

2.Give the students some words and let them try to pronounce by themselves.

3.Guess a riddle. The teacher writes a word on paper,then one student describes it,and the other students guess what it is.

4.Ask the students some questions to check if they have remembered how to read the dates.

What day is it today?

What’s the date?

When were you born?

When was he born?

5.Ask the students some questions to check if they have remembered how to describe features of objects.

What shape is it?

What color is it?

How long is it?

How wide is it?

Step 2 Presentation

1.The students finish 2 by themselves and the teacher checks the answers.

2.Finish 3.通过Flash播放，创设语境，然后自读完成任务。

Step 3 Consolidation

1.Show the students some cards,let them ask and answer according to the information in the cards.

For example:

Kangkang, May 1st, 1990(Beijing),Oct. 5th, Sunday

2.The students use their own cards to practice in pairs.

Step 4 Practice

1. Sum up language points.

2. Finish5a and 5b.

 Step 5 Project

1.Make a survey using the questions below.（巩固练习）
