     模型钟 , 多媒体课件 , 录音机 , 磁带

2     板书准备

     预先写好 : Unit 7 A busy day

六   教学过程

A    Warm up ( 约 6 分钟 )

1     Say a rhyme “A clock”

2     Free talk

a     教师拿出模型钟 , 接着拨时间并且提问

T: What time is it ?

S1: It’s… 接着教师可引导学生说出 It’s time to … 此时教师可用 It’s time for … 句型加以替换 。 为接下来的学习做铺垫 。

b     操练：S: It’s time to have class.         T: It’s time for class.

                S: It’s time to have breakfast.      T: It’s time for breakfast.

                S: It’s time to have dinner.         T: It’s time for dinner.

                S: It’s time to go to bed .          T: It’s time for bed.

C     教师可问几个特殊的时间复习部分相关动词词组 , 如 :have breakfast, go to bed…

T: What time do you go to school?

S2: I go to school at twenty past seven.

T: What time do you have dinner?

S3: I have dinner at quarter past six.

…

进行这部分问答时可让学生在说出时间的同时 , 并拨出正确的时间 。

B    Revision ( 约 5 分钟 )

1   出示模型钟时间调到 6:30.T: It’s half past six. What is David doing?

出示课文挂图。(幻灯片2).S: He is brushing his teeth.

2   T: Yes, let’s read this part together. 学生朗读 。.

3   T: Can you recite this part ? Let’s try. 学生试着背诵。

4   请几名学生分角色表演本部分对话 。

C        Presentation ( 约 10 分钟 )

1     多媒体呈现一幅下象棋的图 , （幻灯片3）教师就图片问 What are they doing ?       

学生作答 。.S 1: They are playing chess. 接着出现时间 6 点 .T: What time is it ?S: It’s six .( 板书 ) 接着引导学生联系图片说出 It’s time to play chess. 此时教师应给予引导 .T: We can also say it’s time for chess.

2        板书 It’s time for … 并比较 It’s time to … 和 It’s time for … 这两个句型 . 指导学生加以区分 。 并指出 It’s time for … 句型应接名词 。 （幻灯片4）

3     依次出现 C 部分四幅图 . 先对学生进行提问 What are they doing?/ What is   he /she doing ? 借此复习动词词组 。

接着依次出现四个钟面 .。

让学生根据时间选出与之相配对的图片 , 然后说句子 。

这四幅图可让学生仿造黑板上板书形式造对话 。 重点突出 It’s time for … 句型 . 如 : It’s time for class/breakfast/dinner/bed. （幻灯片5-9）

D    Have a competition ( 约 5 分钟 )

把学生分成三组进行竞赛 , 教师拿出事先写有具体活动的转盘 , 选一名学生拨钟 , 选另一名学生转转盘 , 进行说句子比赛。

如 : 一名学生把钟拨到七点二十分 , 另一名学生转动转盘 , 待转盘停止根据相对应的活动 , 这名学生说出 : It’s twenty past seven. It’s time for school.

E    Read and say ( 约 8 分钟 )

1    多媒体呈现一幅宣传足球比赛的海报 , （幻灯片10）  接着教师说 : There’s a football   game. 接着教师用 What time is it ? 提问 。 待学生回答 It’s … 后 , 教师说 Oh, it’s time for football game . I want to go and watch the game . 并反问 Do you want to go and watch it ? 在得到肯定回答后 , 教师作焦急状说 It’s late . Let’s hurry. We need to go now.

2     多媒体呈现句型 We need to…( 我们必须做 …)

让学生造句 。 最后呈现例句 , 如 : We need to do our homework./ We need to have a rest. （幻灯片11）

3     出示本部分挂图 （幻灯片12）

T: What time is it ?

S: It’s a quarter to twelve.

T: OK. Let’s listen to what they are talking about .

4     教师让学生边看图片边听录音 。

5     听第二遍录音前 , 教师提出问题 Who are on duty today ? What time does the football game begin ?
