小学英语五年级上册第二单元
教学目标:1能够听说读写单词:Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday和Friday.
2能够听懂会说句子:what day is it today ? it’s--- what do we have on Mondays ? we have –on momdays. 3能够听懂会唱歌曲my days of the week .
教学重难点 1重点:四会单词Monday ,Tuesday ,Wednesday ,Thursday和Friday .
2难点:Tuesday和Thursday的读音;Wednesday的拼写;理解和使用各科目的名称及句型we have---来表述一周的课程安排 . 教学准备:
1教师准备let’s start部分和主情景图的教学挂图大纲. 2老师准备录音机和本课时的录音带.
3老师准备本课时单词卡片. 4师生准备星期转盘.
教学过程
一,热身(warm -up)

(1)
播放歌曲my days of the week ,让学生在韵律强劲的歌谣中感知星期一(monday) 至星期天(sunday) .
(2)
再次播放my days of the week ,并让学生小声地模仿跟唱出.
2说一说,做一做.
学生边说边做相应的动作. 猜一猜,说一说.
老师抽出一张单词卡片,要求学生猜一猜.每次每组一位同学参与竞,对的同学所在的组得一分.完后,将单词卡片贴在黑板上.以此方法复习上单一单词及本单元要用到的表示学习科目的单词:chinese ,English ,math ,science, art ,p .e ., computer . 二,新授
1词汇教学.

单词Monday的教学.
老师面对学生自言自语:what day is it today ? it’s Monday.边说边将句子写在黑板上,Monday中day用红彩笔书写,并在星期名词下划线. 老师接着对全班同学说:What do we have on Mondays?老师拿出课程表贴在黑板上,然后手指着周一,说:Oh,,we have Chinese, English, math and music on Mondays.老师边说边把句子写在黑板上,在We have…on Mondays.下划线。
老师要求学生大小声跟着老师朗读Mondays,然后,齐声朗读chant:M-O-N-D-A-Y, Monday. Monday, Monday,Monday.
Monday, Monday,Monday.. We have Chinese, English,math and music on the day.
(2) 以类似方法教学单词Tuesday与Wednesday. (3) 单词Tursday与Friday的教学。
老师指着课程表上的Thursday与Friday写在黑板上。 引导学生观察五个星期词汇的拼写,找出它们的共同之处:都是以day结尾。
老师问学生:What do we have on Thrsday?学生不会回答moral education时,老师可出示学生的思想品德书,然后请学生跟读moral education. 以同样的方法教学social studies. 2.Let’s learn

学生以小组为单位,按从前到后的顺序,进行操练。 S1:(指着课程表上某一工作日)What day is it today?
S2: Tt’s… S1:What do we have on…?
S2:What do we have on…? S4:…
(3)结对活动。 同桌伙伴根据课程表进行操练。
3.A Let’s play (1)说一说,猜一猜。
学生四人小组活动,每次一位同学将自己转盘上的指针转到某一工作日,请小组里其他三位同学猜: S1: What day is it today?
S2: Tt is Monday. S3:Tt is Tuesday.
S4:Tt is Saturday. S1:Today is…You win.
(2)竞猜游戏。 老师用英语说出课程的安排,学生猜猜是哪一个工作日,各组学生抢答,答对者所在的小组得分,分多者为胜。例如:
T:On the day we have English,Chinese, science and computer, What day is it? S1: Tt’s…
S2: Tt’s… S3: …
三、巩固与拓展 1、Let’s chant
(1)播放录音,让学生感受歌谣的韵律。 (2)播放录音让学生小声跟读,直到学生能够比较流利地吟唱。
(3) 学生分角色吟唱歌谣。 Boys:Monday, Monday,math on Monday.
Girls:Tuesday,Tuesday, art on Tuesday. Boys and girls: Wednesday ,Wednesday, computers on Wednesday.
Boys:Thursday. Girls:Tuesday.P.E. on Thursday.
Boys and girls:Friday, Friday, my favourite day! 2.我最喜爱的课程表。
学生每人准备一张空的课程表,让学生根据自己的需要完成课程表,然后让学生四人小组活动,汇报自己的课程安排。
