[摘要] 本文根据Go for it 初中英语教材的特点,以《 英语课程标准》中的24个话题为主线, 依据学生的兴趣和认识特点, 将不同年级相同话题的单元进行科学、合理地整合,形成17个话题,从而使不同程度的学生通过话题复习及训练, 形成完整的知识网络和框架, 以此达到最佳的复习效果。

一提到中考复习,许多老师想到的往往就是三轮复习法:第一轮进行分册复习; 第二轮进行语法专项复习;第三轮进行适应性训练。而每年复习结束,我们总会感慨:时间不够,收效甚微。复习的内容在学生的脑海中只能是昙花一现,像过眼云烟瞬间就消失。这样的复习只能苦了学生,累了老师,浪费了师生宝贵的时间。通过反复地思考与实践,我认为:采用“话题式”复习模式,不仅能够避免分册复习浮在表面,语法复习顾此失彼,适应性训练缺乏针对性的不足,还能够最大限度地激发学生兴趣,激活学生思维。所谓“话题式”复习模式,就是确定一个话题,采用任务型的语言教学模式,将本单元或几个单元要复习的内容进行梳理,有机地融入其中。具体做法是:巧用话题牵引,聚焦黑体单词,归纳常用词组,提炼经典句型,梳理主要语法,强化话题训练。通过话题复习,以清晰的思路全面归纳和系统复习初中三年所学内容,形成完整的知识网络和框架,以此提高复习效率,做到事半功倍。

一、立足教材  整合话题  重组模块

    参照《英语课程标准》附录部分的24个话题项目,认真研读了《Go for it5册教材,重组模块,确定17个话题,决定课时,力求高效复习。重组后的17个话题是:

话题一:Personal Background (个人情况)7A Unit 1 My name is Gina.     7A Unit 8 When is your birthday?  7B Unit 1 Where is your pen pal from?   7B Unit 4 I want to be an actor.   7B Unit 7 What does he look like? 

9 A Unit 2 I used to be afraid of the dark.

话题二:Rules and customs(规则与风俗习惯): 7B Unit 12 Don’t eat in class.   8B unit5 If you go to the party, you’ll have a great time! 9A Unit 3 Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes. 9B Unit 12 You’re supposed to shake hands.

话题三:Interests and Hobbies(兴趣与爱好)

7A Uni9 Do you want to go to a movie? 7A Unit10 Can you play the guitar?   8B Unit6 How long have you been collecting shells? 9A Unit6 I like music that I can dance to.

话题四: Plans and Intentions(计划与愿望): 8A Unit3 What are you doing for vacation? 8A Unit 10 I am going to be a basketball player. 9 A Unit 8 I’ll help clean up the city parks.

话题五:Festivals , Holidays and celebrations (节假日活动): 7B Unit 10 Where did you go on vacation? 8 B Unit 9 Have you ever been to an amusement park? 9A Unit 5 It must belong to Carla.

话题六:Feelings and Moods (情感与情绪):7 B Unit 11 What do you think of game shows? 9 B Unit 13 Rainy days make me sad.

话题七School Life and Language Learning (学校生活与语言学习):7A Unit 12 What’s your favorite subject? 8B Unit 4 He said I was hard-working. 9A Unit 1 How do you study for a test?

话题八:Popular Science and Modern Technology(科普知识与现代技术):  8B Unit 1 Will people have robots? 9 A Unit 9 When was it invented?

话题九:Experiences(经历):  8A  Unit 9When was he born?  8B Unit 3 What were you doing when the UFO arrived? 9A Unit 10 By the time I got outside, the bus had already left.

话题十: Food and Health(食物与健康):  7A     Unit 6 Do you like bananas?  7B Unit 8 I’d like some noodles. 8A How do you make a banana milk shake? 8B What’s the matter?

话题十一Personal Environments(周围环境):  7A Unit 2 Is this your pen? 7A Unit 4 Where is my backpack?  7B Unit t2 Where is the post office? 8A Unit 12 What’s the best radio station?

话题十二: Weather, Travel and Transport(天气、旅游与交通): 7B Unit 6 It’ s raining. 8A Unit 4 How do you get to school? 8A  How was your school trip? 9A Unit 7 Where would you like to visit? 9B Unit 14 Have you packed yet?

话题十三: Interpersonal Relationships(人际关系): 7A Unit 5 Do you have a soccer ball? 8A Unit5 Can you come to my party? 8B Unit 7 Would you mind my turning down the music? 8B Unit 10 It’s a nice day, isn’t it? 9B Unit 11 Could you please tell me where the restrooms are?

话题十四: Suggestions(建议): 8B Unit 2 What should I do ?  8B Unit 8  Why don’t you get her a scarf?   9A Unit 4 What would you do/

话题十五: Families, Friends and people around (家庭、朋友与周围的人): 7A Unit 3 This is my sister. 8A Unit6 I’m more outgoing than my sister.

话题十六:Daily Routines (日常活动): 7A Unit7 How much are the pants? 7A Unit 11 What time do you go to school 7B Unit5 I’m watching TV. 7B Unit 9 How was your weekend? 8A Unit1 How often do you exercise? 8A Unit11 Could you please clean your room?

话题十七:The world and the Environment(世界与环境): 7B Unit 3 Why do you like koalas? 9B Unit 15 We’ re trying to save the manatees!

二、准确定位  构建网络  明确目标

   以话题为主线的复习课主要围绕话题,由师生共同合作对相关话题的知识与结构进行梳理。通过听、说、读、写等各项技能训练活动,使所学知识网络化、系统化, 帮助学生全面梳理和巩固所学知识。其主要目标可设定为:激活旧知(聚焦黑体单词、归纳常用词组)、构建网络(提炼经典句型、梳理主要语法)、训练技能(佳句欣赏模仿、拓展阅读训练)、提升能力(开展话题写作、提升写作能力)等几个方面。

三、话题整合课堂实施实例:

    以话题为主线的复习课主要“采用巧用话题牵引,聚焦黑体单词,提炼经典句型,梳理主要语法,强化话题训练”的教学模式。

下面以“Interests and Hobbies(兴趣与爱好)”这一话题为例,谈谈该课型的总体教学思路和具体操作步骤。

(一)聚焦黑体单词

在开展话题复习之前,告知学生该话题所涉及的对应单元:7A  Unit9  Do you want to go to a movie? 7A  Unit10 Can you play the guitar? 8B Unit 6 How long have you been collecting shells? 9A  Unit 6 I like music that I can dance to.并布置学生将这一话题相关的黑体单词查找出来,记在笔记本上。然后教师再适当补充学生遗漏的单词,让学生自行复习掌握。根据“Interests and Hobbies(兴趣与爱好)这一话题涉及的单元,罗列黑体单词如下:
