摘要为加强临床实践教学的质量管理，促进临床教学水平和质量不断提高，首先建立健全教学管理机构，规范实践教学管理制度和质量评价标准，强化教师综合素质培养，加强实践环节质量控制，将课堂教学、临床见习、临床实习进行三位一体化的全程管理，注重学生基本技能操作训练，加强临床考务管理，改革实践教学考试。从而调动教与学两个积极性，提高临床教学质量。
