(一)师生对话引入：

引出you’ve got… have a lot of rest.

2,听录音，理解含义

s:i’ve got a bad cough,too.
t:open your mouth and say”ah”

4, 学生操练，表演，评出最佳医生和病人。
4，  归纳词组：open your mouth　　take some medcine　　have a rest　　get a bad cough

1,在黑板上出示4个同学 的电话号码和名字，顺序打乱：如：210098    a
571356    b　　481034    c　　364781    d
然后对一个同学说，look at these numbers,please choose one to call.
参照书上例题。
2，选几组同学练习。

2布置作业。
这堂课学生学得最有趣，有同学的电话号码，他们就起劲了。和他们生活实际相联系，他们就觉得开心。在练习册中反映出来的问题是take some medicine 这个词组的正确用法。
第四课时
教学目标：
1、熟读课文，掌握四会单词和句型2、了解元音字母o在闭音节单词中的读音。
3、会诵读歌谣i’m ill.4、完成练习册。
教学重点难点:：正确掌握练习册的d e f
教学具准备及辅助活动:录音机
教学过程：
一、presentation:
1,dictation:how do you feel now? i feel ill.
 want’s wrong with you? i’ve got a headache.
 lunch  speak  a headache  bad  a cough  get   feel   a fever  a cold
2,抽读课文，请同学评价：和标准音的区别及比一比，谁读的最好。在比较的基础上，齐读课文。
二、文中重点句型的复习
1.通过师生问答的形式复习
what’s the matter? what’s wrong with you?
i’ve got a …   
how do you feel now? i still feel ill.
may i speak to…  this is …speaking.
i’m sorry to hear that。i hope you get better soon.
2．单词复习：
a)小组比赛，给八个小组八张白纸，上面写好： 病情    星期   科目   水果   文具
在规定的时间内，看谁写的多。
b)接龙比赛：老师说个题目，请同学们接龙说，谁停下来，那一组就输了。
三、语音复习   o的发音
1，复习o在前两个单元中的发音，并通过反复朗读再体会。
2，让学生听录音跟读brother love monkey mother这四个单词，体会字母o在这些单词中的读音。
3，引导学生总结原因字母o在单词中的发音规则，并让学生归纳已经学过的单词，如glove  come等。
4，借助图片理解并朗读句子my mother and my brother love that fat monkey.朗读是注意句子的节奏。
四、say a rhyme
学生自学，因为没有陌生的词，老师先放录音，学生听一遍，然后比赛谁读的好i’m ill
what’s the matter?i’ve got a high fever.let’s go to see a doctor.no,no.i’m  feeling  better.
i just want my mother.
五、讲解练习册的其他部分
f先请同学同桌操练，再填空
1，toothache   medicine  rest
2,wrong with you   got an earache   some medcine  a lot of rest
3,what’s wrong with you. i’ve got a cold  medcine rest
4,what’s wrong with you,we’ve got a stomach ache take some medcine and have a lot of water.
这个单元结束了，部分同学还是i feel…   i’ve got…  i can get …分不清。通过几道改错题，才有所领会名词和形容词的区别。
