、评议，最后形成案例，同时要求每位成员至少每学期上一次公开课。课前根据研究目的、教学目标，结合学生实际进行课堂教学设计，课后对照研究目标，进行讨论，总结得失，使公开教学成为教师提高认识、探索规律、提高教师自身素质的有效手段，形成了大家争上公开课的好局面，通过这样的教学实践，真正起到了促进教学，提高教学效率的效果。

（五）综合技能训练课的课堂操作

本课题研究的基本教学结构如下

（1）引导：引导学生认真阅读Reading部分文章，带领学生分析、归纳文章的框架结构;也可以按照写作要求和写作建议提出全文可分几段写，每段中主要写哪些内容，有时可直接提供给学生文章的中心句，各段的主题句，甚至给学生列出一些与写作话题相关的表达方式和关键词来帮助学生完成写作任务。

（2）探究：在明确任务的前提下，要求学生以小组为单位进行讨论和交流，这是各种观点的碰撞过程、自学或合作学习的过程，也是交流的过程。

（3）呈现：经过交流和讨论后，让学生当堂完成写作任务，并以个人或小组的形式进行汇报，相互取长补短。综合技能课本身提供了一些写作的方法，有时还列出了写作步骤。根据这一情况，综合技能课的大部分写作内容属于控制型写作或半控制型写作。

（4）评价：对于呈现出的文章从各个方面加以评价，做出总结。

    （六）综合技能训练课的评价。

鉴于高中生有一定的英语知识积累和英语写作技能，可以开展某种程度的独立学习，又根据《英语课程标准》所倡导的“自主学习，合作学习”的学生学习策略，我们进一步提出并实践让学生在写作过程中自改，互改和小组合作完成写作任务的编辑加工过程。目的是通过这一方式让学生学会自主学习，独立学习，合作学习，在写作这一语言技能训练过程中让学生学会表达自己见解，倾听他人建议，批判地接受他人观点的交际策略。
