教学内容:Book7 Lesson 4: In the bathroom
教材分析:本课有两部分组成,第一部分是通过图片故事介绍有关卫生间的词汇并复习名词性物主代词的使用.第二部分是欣赏并演唱歌曲《In the bathroom.并通过演唱歌曲接触到comb our hair, take a shower等常用短语。

教学目标:
A、知识目标:

1通过本课学习,使学生掌握(读、写、说出并且听懂)下列词汇:bathtubshowertoiletmineyours
2、能正确的运用mine, your两词并且学会唱本课歌曲   

 3、注意到歌曲中一些短语搭配。  
B、能力目标:

通过游戏、竞赛、歌曲等活动培养学生综合语言运用的能力,引导学生通过实践、合作等学习,培养他们合作学习的意识和自己解决问题的能力。从而促进学生实践能力的和创新思维的发展。使学生学会语言知识,感悟语言功能。
 C、情感态度价值观目标:

通过游戏、歌曲等多种活动,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,调动学生的积极性,使学生在不断体验成功的快乐的同时,增强英
语学习的信心。

教学重点: 使学生争取掌握(包括正确地说、读、写、用)单词bathtub, shower, toilet, mine, yours.
教学难点: 学生能够准确地掌握新学单词的发音并运用到口语表演中。

教学用具: 录音机,磁带,单词卡片,多媒体课件
教学过程:

class opening and review 
1.     Greeting: Hello! Boys and girls! Nice to meet you!

(设计意图: 亲切的问候, 使学生很快融入到课堂中来)
2. Review:  A. first, look at my pictures; let’s guess which room is it? Yes, you are right. Youre very smart!

          B. Show pictures of objects that belong in each room and ask 
questions such as:

T: Whats this ?
                  Does this go in a      ? (Review soap, toothbrush, comb, sink, dishes, refrigerator, stove, TV, bed,)

(设计意图:复习已经学过的内容,由易到难,循序渐进,为本课的新授内容作铺垫。)
New Concept

1.T: Boys and girls. What room is it? 
S: Bathroom.

T: Right. Whats the matter with Li Ming? 
S: Some jam on his hands.

T: Yes!So in the bathroom, you can wash your hands.(Bb lesson4:In the Bathroom)
2.Teach the words : bathtub , shower , toilet .

  1) Use my poster about the bathroom to introduce the new words.
T: Do you know what it is? Yes, it’s bathtub. “bathtub” say it. Who can say? Good .Right. Let’s together.

T: What’s this? Yes, it’s shower.Shower.This line,read it.
T: Look at this picture. What’s this? This is toilet. Toilet. let’s read     three times. Boys! Can you read?     Girls?

(设计意图:鲜明的图片教授使学生轻松掌握所学词汇)
2)Practice :

T: Boys and girls! Look here, let’s point and say. Who is faster? Begin!
(设计意图:课件演示的游戏操练中及时加深巩固了所学新词汇)

3.Demonstrate  mine  and  yours and practice 
1)T:(Hold up my pencil ) This is my pencil .

This is my pencil .  Its mine . 
Where is your pencil ?

  S : (Hold up his or her pencil .)
  T : (Point to my pencil .)This is my pencil . That is your pencil . 

This is mine . That is yours .
(设计意图:实物演示操练使学生对词义的理解更加深入)

2)Practice in pairs.
________ is/are mine.

________ is/are yours.
3)Do the exercise.

T: Look here, Let’s select correct words in the blank. At  last. Let’s       correct the answers.(Ask one volunteer to do)
(设计意图:通过小组对话操练和专项题型练习提高学生对这两个重点词汇的理解和应用。)

4.Teach the text 
1) Listen to the tape to No.1.(The first time)

2)Ask the students to guess the meaning of  dirty and  wash  . Then explain :
3)Ask them to read the text .(The second time)

Ask the pupils to work in pairs and then answer questions.
a. Which brush is Li Mings? 

b. Which brush is Jennys?
(设计意图:通过带问题听读课文,使学生逐渐扫除课文学习的障碍,轻松理解文意。)

5.Teach the song 
1) Are you tired? Lets have a rest .Listen to a song. OK?
(Play the tape)

2) This song is familiar to us. Do you like it? OK. Next,  look here, let’s   learn some phrases.
(设计意图:多媒体课件的应用很好的起到了突出重点短语,帮助学生理解歌词大意的作用。)

3) Now. Open your book , And discuss the words of the song in groups. And underline the verb phrases
4) Play the tape and teach to sing.

5) Play the tape and have students sing along and do the action 
Consolidation 

1.     Today we learned the words of the  bathroom Please 
listen and read the dialogue for 3 times .And write the words 3 times

2.     Sing the song

课后反思

 
在对这一课进行教学时我充分利用图片,多媒体等多种方式来辅助教学,避免了枯燥的讲授,学生乐于接受,学习兴趣浓厚,在进行mine ,yours这两个词汇的教学时我并没有停留在表面,而是进行了适当的拓展并采用小习题的方式帮助学生巩固,这一点对于六年级学生来说是很必要的。课堂中注意发挥老师的主导作用,突出了学生的主体地位,给学生们充分的机会来参与教学活动。师生互动热烈。教学效果较好。

当然课堂中也存在很多不足,如课堂上对个别学困生的关注度不是很高,他们的活动参与度很低。对歌曲部分的处理有些过细,占用了较多时间。还有就是在教授词汇时对于个别音节的发音过分强调等等。
在以后的教学中,我会以本堂课为这学期的起点。认真总结与反思自己的每一堂课,争取在教学的各个方面都能有所改进和提高。
